These terms govern your use of Emdi. This is a plain-language summary intended as a starting point; final legal terms will be published before general availability.

Using the service

Emdi converts documents you upload into Markdown. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the files you submit, and for complying with applicable law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Emdi to process content you don't have rights to, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Credits and billing

Paid plans grant a monthly credit allotment; prepaid credit packs add to your balance. Specific pricing is shown on the pricing section.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis during this phase. We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime guarantee outside of an agreed enterprise SLA.
